Shipping & Handling

Standard Shipping – Canada only

We ship our pieces across Canada using only reliable, branded carriers.  At this time, Pilly's does not ship to the United States.  Overseas shipping available, please contact us for more information.

  • Shipping Days: Orders are shipped Monday–Thursday. No shipping on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
  • Transit Time: Delivery within 4-6 business day after shipment. Remote areas may require extra time.
  • Carriers: Trusted partners like UPS, Purolator, Canpar and Canada Post.
  • All standard shipping is FREE
  • Additional Costs:  Any additional shipping fees associated with non-carrier related delivery issues, incorrect information or non-standard receiving locations are not covered under our Free Shipping and these additional costs will be added to billing.
  • NOTE:  Due to the ongoing Canada Post disruptions as well as the Holiday Season, ship times listed above may not be accurate.  We will do our best to convey real shipping information at the time of purchase (via email).

 

Returns Policy

  • Returns can be accepted up to 30 days after the packages are shipped as long as the items are UNDAMAGED, with the original shipping box.
  • Returns will not be credited if items have been visibly tampered with.
  • Defective or damaged items must be reported within 10 days of delivery; please retain the original shipping box for inspection.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. (You will be responsible for return shipping charges).
  • We may charge a $5 restocking fee per item for all return items, unless the return is due to a shipping error on our part.

 

Tracking Information

You will receive an email once your order is shipped that contains your tracking information.  If you do not receive tracking information within 7 days, please contact us.

 

Order Processing

As all our pieces are handmade, orders take an average of 2-4 business days to ship.  If there are any issues with this timeline, you will be contacted immediately.

 

Packaging

Due to the fragility of the pieces, we take great care in ensuring your items arrive damage free.  If your package arrives with visible dents, holes, crushed or completely destroyed, please provide a photo prior to opening (or shortly thereafter).  This helps to ensure our packaging procedures are optimized and also assists us with any potential shipping claims with our carriers.
